Sadler Health Center celebrated National Health Center Week (Aug. 12-18) by hosting “Sadler Night Out” Friday night at the corner of Hanover and High streets in Carlisle.
“This free event is an opportunity to show our appreciation to our patients and engage new people in Carlisle,” said Kenneth M. Green, Chief Executive Officer of Sadler Health Center. “Since the 1980s we have been serving the healthcare needs of our community and ‘Sadler Night Out’ provides an opportunity for us to further promote good health and offer an enjoyable evening, while cultivating relationships with other businesses and organizations also serving the Carlisle community. I would like to thank all of the local businesses who helped make this event possible—we appreciate your support.”
During the event, Green presented a Healthcare Hero Award to Carlisle Mayor Tim Scott for his continued support of Sadler Health Center.
“We appreciate all those within our community who support our efforts and partner with us to meet the growing healthcare needs of our patients,” Green explained. “Mayor Tim Scott has championed our mission as a Federally Qualified Health Center to provide accessible, quality care to everyone regardless of their ability to pay. It’s only fitting that he receive our local Health Care Hero Award in conjunction with National Health Center Week.”
