Fetter Health Care Network, a federally qualified health center with over 20 locations throughout the Lowcountry, has officially received recognition as a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH).
“We are thrilled to be acknowledged by NCQA’s PCMH Recognition program,” said Aretha R. Jones Powers, CEO of Fetter Health Care Network. “Not only will it enable us to continue to provide affordable quality healthcare to our patients, but it will also help us improve the patient experience and develop more meaningful relationships with those that we serve in our communities.”
Fetter Health Care Network received recognition by demonstrating satisfactory performance in having team-based care and practice, knowing and managing patients, having patient-centered access and continuity, practicing care management and support, ensuring care coordination and care transitions, and consistently measuring performance and improving quality.

NCQA’s PCMH program is the most widely-adopted evaluation program in the country, with approximately 13,000 practices recognized. The patient-centered medical home model of care has been research-proven to enhance both patient and staff satisfaction while reducing healthcare costs.
